Sunday the 21st we woke up to cloudy skies and rain showers today. We went to the Trident Sub Base museum near Poulsbo. It is a very large Naval museum with a lot of history, pictures and footage of all the submarines from the different Wars. It was very interesting and it was a nasty rainy day so we spent a lot of time looking at the exhibits.
Monday the 22nd we went with our friend Adelle for breakfast and she showed us around the area of Poulsbo. We went to the casino that evening with her and her husband Bob. Kent won on his slot machine and Sharon spent it on hers.
Tuesday and Wednesday was spent catching up on mail, emails and cards to our families. The weather is getting quite warm now and we are enjoying the outdoors walking and reading in our chairs. We take so many pictures we are running out of album room already and the journey has just begun!!!!
We are heading home to Salem in the morning to see the kids and prepare for the next leg of our travels.
