We are still in Oceana the Elks RV park is really nice and busy for such a small town. Today is Kent's laundry day and Sharon's day to clean. We ate lunch outside as it was so nice and warm. We were playing a game of cards when the neighbors came over to visit, so that ended the card game. In the evening we went to "The Hitching Post" steak house (picture) in the little town of Casmalia, California, on Highway One about 20 miles south of Oceana. Kent read about it in the Tillamook PUD magazine and remembered the place. It is one of the best steak houses in the west. The movie "Sideways" was filmed in the restaurant and all the employee's were used in the movie. The steak was cooked over an open wood fire and had a great flavor. We would recommend it to all of you if you go in that direction.
