This weekend Kent's friend Gary A. drove over from Oceanside on Friday and spent the day with us. We went sight seeing all over and had a good time. Later that day we put together the new patio table and chairs that Kent bought while Sharon was in Oregon.(picture) We think it is the Cats Meow and we will really enjoy it as most campgrounds don't have picnic tables anymore.
Saturday we took the trolley and train to Oceanside to see Gary.He drove us to a beach state park and pulled refreshments from his trunk. It was a nice way to start the tour of the area. We looked for a better RV park around Oceanside and then to top off the day he took us to a Casino. Late that evening he drove us back to Chula Vista. It was a fun, long day for all of us and Gary had a long drive home after he dropped us off.
