April 2 through 3, 2009

Thursday 2nd~~~ Now that we are done with the dentist in Mexico, we are ready to hit the road and head for Arizona to meet our friends John and Linda. We are going to do some sightseeing there and go to Benson to help with the banding of the hummingbirds. This sounds like alot of fun and we are looking forward to go there. You can adopt one, so we will probably do that also. We went out for dinner at Olive Garden tonight and we played cards at our trailer. Friday 3~~~This morning the 4 of us drove in our truck to Segora National Park which is a park full of tall Cactus's, the desert flowers aren't in full bloom yet but the cactus's were enormous and so plentiful, we love driving through them. We took some pictures in the park but not very many different kinds most of the Cactus's were the Segora. (pictures) We also drove South of Tuscon to see the Old Spanish Mission "San Xavier", It is so old and is still in use for Mass to be held there. (Pidtures)
