Monday 4~~~~Today we drove to another National Park with our friends John and Linda, the "Garden of the God's". It is the most visited attraction in the Pikes Peak region. You see 300-foot towering sandstone rock formation's against a backdrop of snow capped mountains of Pikes Peak and brilliant blue skies. I have never seen as many white puffy clouds in the sky as I have seen in the state of Colorado. They were so beautiful, I took so many pictures today and when I went to delete off the bad photos I took, I realized I had gone over board on the white clouds and I erased most of them. A camera just can't catch the real beauty of them. Their 14- minute, HD multimedia show: "How Did those Red Rocks Get There?" The show presented with surround sound on a giant screen was awesome, it made you feel like you are outdoors on a trail in the Rocks. We met a gentleman who works in the park and he was very interesting to talk to. Linda stepped in a hole in the parking lot and fell and cut her knee and hand, but she was braver than I would have been, she got up and finished our tour of the park. This park like all of the parks is so beautiful and each of them has a different type of beauty.
